1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

MoneyWise provides a platform for financial literacy and rewards program management through the use of a virtual currency, VSD tokens ("VSD"). The platform is designed for use by educational institutions, parents, and corporations ("Partners") to manage groups of end-users (e.g., students, children, employees).

3. VSD Tokens

VSD tokens are a virtual currency confined to the MoneyWise platform. They are not real money and have no monetary value outside of the services provided. Partners may, at their own discretion, assign real-world value or allow redemption of VSD for goods, services, or cash, but MoneyWise is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for them. Partners are responsible for managing the allocation and withdrawal of VSD within their private groups.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Super Admin: Manages the overall platform, including onboarding new Partners and overseeing the entire system.
• Partners (Sub-Admins): Administrators of private groups (e.g., teachers, parents). Partners are responsible for managing their users, distributing VSD, defining rewards, and approving withdrawal requests. You agree not to misuse your administrative privileges.
• End-Users: Participants within a Partner's group. You agree to use the platform for its intended educational or incentive-based purposes.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm the platform, its users, or its reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack or exploit the system, creating fraudulent transactions, or harassing other users.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MoneyWise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
